This Waste & Disposal Services Agreement, consisting of the terms and conditions set forth herein, and entered into from and after the date hereof (all of the foregoing being collectively referred to as the “Agreement”), is made as of the Effective Date by and between the Customer named herein, whose signature is attached hereto, and who is referred to herein as (“the Customer”) and Tank’s Roll Off and Recycling /The Fairfax Companies referred to herein as (“the Company”).
