As used in this Agreement, “Network” shall refer to INSP identified on the proposal. “Agency” shall refer to the agency designated as such for the Advertiser/ Programmer under this Agreement. “Advertiser/ Programmer” shall refer to the program producer, program supplier, Airtime Purchaser, or other party identified as such under this Agreement. “Purchaser” shall refer to the Agency, Advertiser/Programmer or
