This Reciprocal Transport and Termination Agreement (the Agreement") is entered into by and between Industry Telephone Company . ("Industry") with corporate offices at 17105 Fordtran Blvd, Industry, TX on behalf of itself and the Verizon Wireless Entities, as denoted on the Verizon Wireless Signature Page, individually and collectively doing business as Verizon Wireless ("Carrier"), each entity having a principal place of business at 180 Washington Valley Road, Bedminster, NJ 07921 . Industry and Carrier are each individually a "Party" and are together the "Parties" to this Agreement .
