This Agreement between the Minnesota Department of Transportation (“MnDOT”) and the Grantee named below is made pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 174.50. The provisions in that section and the Exhibits attached hereto and incorporated by reference constitute this Agreement and the persons signing below agree to fully comply with all of the requirements of this Agreement. This Agreement will be effective on the date the State obtains all required signatures under Minnesota Statutes §16C.05, subdivision 2.
