TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR EDUCATION COURSES AND PROGRAMSApril 14th, 2022
The following constitute the terms and conditions to which applicants agree when registering for any DBN Elite programs, in-person education or training or e-learning courses (“ Terms & Conditions”). DBN Elite and you will each be referred to as a “Party” and together as the “Parties” in this Agreement. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you must not accept these Terms & Conditions and may not purchase any course or apply for any program offered by DBN Elite, nor use the documentation, whether printed or available online, provided by DBN Elite in relation with the education or training (“Material”). DBN Elite reserves the right to review and update these Terms & conditions periodically at its sole discretion.
