Homeowners are allowed to reserve the pavilion for a party with board approval. Use of the pavilion can be requested through the Waterfront Chairman. To be able to reserve the pavilion you must be in good standing with all dues paid. Use of the pavilion does not give you exclusive rights to the pavilion, but you are able to use the pavilion for your event. When reserving the pavilion, the following conditions apply.
