This Lease Agreement is entered into on this day of , 2024, (the “Effective Date”), by and between the COUNTY OF LANCASTER, NEBRASKA, a political subdivision of the State of Nebraska (“County”), the CITY OF LINCOLN, NEBRASKA, a Nebraska municipal corporation and political subdivision (“City”), (hereinafter County and City may be collectively referred to as “Lessor”), and JENDA FAMILY SERVICES, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as “Lessee”). Lessor and Lessee may individually be referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
