If I am awarded a Festival of Arts scholarship for 2015-2016, I agree to comply with the following requirements and understand the policies governing the award. I understand based on the criteria detailed below, that I may be eligible to renew my scholarship in the summer of 2016. I will sign one copy of the Scholarship Agreement and return it to the Festival of Arts, and keep a copy for my files.
