Martin, its duly authorized Mayor, and PASSPORT LABS, INC., a foreign (DE) corporation with a principal place of business located at 128 S. Tryon Street, Charlotte, North Carolina (hereinafter “The Consultant”), acting herein by Khristian Gutierrez, its duly authorized Chief Revenue Officer.
