The County of Ventura ("County") and the Specialized Peace Officers' Association of Ventura County ("SPOAVC") have agreed to an Amendment to the 2018-2021 SPOAVC Memorandum of Agreement ("MOA") regarding Article 10 "Holidays" as noted below. This tentative agreement is subject to approval by the County Board of Supervisors and the SPOAVC Board of Directors.
