THIS AGREEMENT made and entered this 12th day of January, 2022 by and between the City of Pueblo, a Municipal Corporation (hereinafter "Owner") and Brown and Caldwell, Inc., a California corporation, 1697 Cole Boulevard, Golden, Colorado 80401, a professional engineering firm (hereinafter "Engineer") for Engineer to render certain professional engineering and related services for Owner in connection with the Pueblo Dewatering Permit Compliance, hereinafter referred to as the "Project." In consideration of the mutual covenants hereinafter set forth, the parties agree as follows:
