The Health and Human Services Commission ("HHSC", "Contractor", or "System Agency") and Bee Busy Wellness Center ("Contractor" or "Grantee"), having its principal office at 8785 West Bellfort Ave., Houston, TX 77031 (each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”) desire to amend the Healthy Texas Women Grant Program contract ("Contract") with the terms and conditions contained herein ("Amendment").
