In consideration of the agreement herein, Pirate’s Cove Marina (herein after referred to as the LESSOR) agrees to lease to the undersigned (herein after referred to as the LESSEE) the boat and equipment described herein. In the event the boat is not returned at time specified herein. Said LESSEE agrees to pay for OVERTIME at rate of $10 per every 5 minutes late and forfeits their full deposit after 30 minutes. For coaches, boats may be taken out before 9 am and after 5 pm if necessary and with approval without penalty.
