THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between the City of Kenosha, Wisconsin, a Wisconsin municipal corporation, with offices at 625 52nd St., Kenosha, Wisconsin 53140, hereinafter referred to as the “CLIENT”, and The Medical College of Wisconsin, Inc. on behalf of its Emergency Medical Services and Disaster Medicine Section with the offices located at 8701 W. Watertown Plank Rd., Milwaukee, WI, 53226 hereinafter referred to as the “CONSULTANT”.
