This Master Subscription and Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the date that the “Parties”, Impact Tech, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at a registered address at 223 East De La Guerra Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93101 (“IMPACT”), and “COMPANY” (the entity executing one or more “Orders”, as defined below), mutually execute their first Order (“Effective Date”. IMPACT and COMPANY may be referred to separately as “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”.
