Recommended Action: Move that the Board execute Agreement KC-014-20 with the Kitsap County District Court Summary: This Agreement with the Kitsap County District Court provides $318,156 of Mental Health, Chemical Dependency and Therapeutic Court Tax funds for the time period January 1, 2020 – December 31, 2020. The goal of this program is to prevent and reduce the impacts of disabling chemical dependency and mental illness by creating and investing in effective, data-driven programs for a continuum of recovery-oriented systems of care per RCW 82.14.460.
