If you plan to have your son/daughter ride one of our buses, it will be necessary for you to complete and sign the Transportation Contract Form below and the attached Transportation Agreement. Return both forms with the necessary payment no later than June 27, 2014. PLEASE NOTE: We do not give door-to-door service. Please check the attached list of pick-up locations and indicate your selection for student pick-up and/or drop off in the pm. The bus supervisor will be in touch with you as to the time of the pick-up and exact pick-up location just prior to the beginning of school.
