THIS AGREEMENT made on this day of December, 2006 between the City of Rapid City, 300 Sixth Street, Rapid City, South Dakota 57701, hereinafter referred to as OWNER, and HDR Engineering Inc, 6300 S. Old Village Place, Suite 100, Sioux Falls, SD 57108 hereinafter referred to as CONSULTANT. This project will encompass the preparation of a route alignment study for Sheridan Lake Road from Jackson Boulevard to Deadwood Avenue and the related traffic analysis (hereinafter called the Project).
