This Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of the date first written below by the undersigned, in favor of Dale Sorensen Real Estate Inc., a Florida corporation whose address is 5065 N. A1A Vero Beach, Florida 32963, and its former and present officers, agents, managers, members, employees, representatives, assigns, successors, divisions, parent company, affiliated entities, and subsidiaries (collectively, “Sorensen”) and Seller (as hereinafter defined).
