Customer hereby gives notice of intent to operate an interconnected generating facility pursuant to the terms and conditions of this document. Permission to interconnect is not granted until a “Certificate of Completion for Interconnecting a Certified Inverter-Based Generating Facility No Larger than 25 kW” has been completed between Roanoke Electric Membership Corporation (“Cooperative”) and the Member and the Member has signed acknowledging and agreeing to the terms and conditions of this document.
