This Interlocal Cooperation Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Bastrop County, a political subdivision of the State of Texas (“COUNTY”) and the City of Elgin, general law municipality and political subdivision of the State of Texas (“PUBLIC AGENCY”). The COUNTY and PUBLIC AGENCY may be referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
