FTC means the Farmers Telecommunications Cooperative, Inc., or either or both of its wholly owned operating subsidiaries, Farmers Telecommunications Corporation and Farmers Cellular Telephone, Inc. (collectively referred to herein as FTC).;THIS AGREEMENT is entered into between FTC (“FTC” or “Company”) and the person or entity who makes use of Company’s Internet services and/or products (“Customer”) and outlines acceptable use of the Company’s Internet services and/or products (the “Service”). Use of the Service constitutes a Customer’s agreement with Company to abide by this Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”), which sets forth specific actions that are prohibited by Company and applies to all users (the “Customer,” “user,” “you” and “your”) of the Service, without exception. This Agreement is in addition to any restrictions contained in Company’s Standard Terms and Conditions.
