The undersigned potential purchaser (“Purchaser”) is interested in obtaining information regarding the properties known as 833 Ash Street and 840 A Street (APN: 534-045-09 and 534-061-03 & 534-045-03), San Diego, CA 92101 (collectively herein “Property”) in order to evaluate the possible acquisition of the Property (the “Proposed Transaction”) from the Owner of the project, Share and Be Fair, LLC and Cabrillo Garden Inn, LLC (collectively herein “Owner” or “Ownership”). Ownership has indicated that all inquiries and communications with respect to the Proposed Transaction be directed to NAI San Diego Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. (the “Owners’ Broker”). By accepting this Agreement and the Evaluation Materials (as hereinafter defined), the Purchaser agrees as follows:
