The Contract is effective upon later signature and terminates on August 31, 2025, unless renewed, extended, or terminated pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Contract. All payments made, or to be made, by HHSC to UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS AT AUSTIN for authorized services provided by UT between September 1, 2022, and the Contract effective date, are hereby reaffirmed. The Parties may extend this Contract for up to two additional two-year terms, subject to mutually agreeable terms and conditions.
