This end user licence agreement (Agreement) sets out your rights and obligations when using the Software owned by FireHawk Funerals Pty Ltd ACN 646 164 329 of 4/144 Victoria Street, Taree New South Wales 2430, Australia (FireHawk or our or us or we). Please read this Agreement carefully. By accepting the Quote or Order Form (however onboarded), clicking ‘I accept’ or viewing, accessing, browsing, or using our Software, you acknowledge having read and agreeing to be bound by this Agreement and other documents referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink, including the Related Agreements.
