AMENDMENT TO DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT

This Amendment (the “Amendment”) amends the Data Processing Agreement or Data Processing Addendum, as applicable, (the “DPA”) previously entered into by and between your company (“Customer”) and ZoomInfo Technologies LLC or any of its affiliates, as defined in the Agreement (defined below) (“ZoomInfo”). Customer and ZoomInfo are together referred to as the “Parties”. This Amendment and the DPA are incorporated by reference into, and form part of, the master license agreement between the Parties (“Agreement”). This Amendment shall be effective as of January 1, 2023.
