This Dog Park Lease Renewal Agreement (“Lease Renewal Agreement”) is entered into as of the Effective Date, between THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF THE GRAND COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT (“School District” or “Lessor”) and the CITY OF MOAB (“City” or "Lessee"). The School District and the City are referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” or simply as a “Party” as the context permits or requires.
