This first amendment to the field rental agreement ("Agreement") dated July 7th, 2015, by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City"), and Redlands Baseball for Youth (“RBY"), a non-profit charitable organization, is made and entered into this 18th day of April 2017. City and RBY are sometimes individually referred to herein as a “Party” and together, as the “Parties.”
