The Wilmington Teachers’ Association and the Wilmington School Committee agree to the following amendments to the WPS Remote Learning Memorandum of Agreement signed April 3, 2020 and its related document, Attachment B – Remote Learning Plan. In addition, the Association and the School Committee agree to Attachment C - Educator Evaluation During COVID-19 Closure and Attachment D – Special Education Log During Public Health Crisis. These changes will begin Tuesday, May 26, 2020 and extend through June 30, 2020, (excluding the Special Education Summer School Program) or until the last workday for employees that typically work beyond the last day of school. This document and the related attachments have been negotiated in good faith between the parties.
