This Terms Of Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between WEBGAP INC with its principal place of business at 30 North Gould Street, Suite R, Sheridon, Wyoming 82801, United States (“WEBGAP”) and subscribers to the WEBGAP Remote Browser Service (“Subscriber”), each a party to this Agreement.
