This is a contract between us, LegalBrave LLC and you, LEGALBRAVE PLAN PRIMARY MEMBER (the "Primary Member"), for the Individual Legal Plan (“LegalBrave Plan”) services described below. This contract (the "Agreement") constitutes a legal agreement between you and LegalBrave LLC detailing the terms of your use of the Legal Plans. This Agreement is effective as of the date you accept its terms by purchasing a Legal Plan subscription or accepting a free trial thereof (the "Effective Date"). If you sign up for a Legal Plan, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements. Please read this Agreement carefully before you start to use the Legal Plan services.
