This Academic Alliance Agreement ("Agreement"), dated as of 20th July, 2022 (the "Effective Date"), is entered into by and between Automation Anywhere, Inc., a California corporation with offices at 633 River Oaks Parkway, San Jose, CA 95134 U.S.A. (hereafter referred to as “AAI”), and Noida Institute of Engineering & Technology (NIET) located at Plot No.19, Knowledge Park II, Greater Noida Uttar Pradesh, (hereafter referred to as “University”). University and AAI are hereafter collectively referred to as the “parties”.
