Black & McDonald Limited (“Black & McDonald”) agrees to perform the maintenance services as detailed in Schedule “A” (the “Maintenance Program”) for Township of South West Oxford (the “Customer”) at its premises at 312915 Dereham Line, Mount Elgin, ON, N0J 1N0 (the “Facility”). The Maintenance Program shall commence on March 1st, 2021 and shall remain in force through February 28th, 2024 (the “Renewal Date”).
