If the work is to be fi nanced by an ENERGY STAR Program Financing, the cost of th e additional work authorized by this Field Change Order also requires the program financing provider’s approval, and the Customer must complete and sign a revised financed Agreement. T he revised financed Agreement will c ombine the original contract amount, as well as all Change Orders. Until a nd unless a revised financed Agreement is ex ecuted, the Contractor will only be eligible for payment based upon the original approved work scope. Payment of any additional amount will be the responsibility of the Customer.
