THIS AGREEMENT FOR CONTRACT SERVICES (herein “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2016 by and between the City of Signal Hill, a municipal corporation (“City”) and Willdan Financial Services, a California corporation (“Consultant” or “Contractor”). City and Contractor are sometimes hereinafter individually referred to as “Party” and hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties.” (The term Contractor includes professionals performing in a consulting capacity.)
