This Enterprise Deployment Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between Good Technology Corporation (“Good”), and the legal entity or organization that you represent (hereinafter “You” or “Your” as is grammatically correct) and shall be effective as of the earliest of (i) the date You first Use the Good Dynamics Software; or (ii) the date You sign this Agreement (“Effective Date”). This Agreement governs Your use of the Good Dynamics Software, including any updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services provided by Good or its agents with respect to the Good Dynamics Software (as more particularly defined below, collectively, the “GD Service”), unless other terms accompany those items.
