A Delivery Agreement based on the option of a Full Local Development Plan (LDP) Review is to be consulted on. A Delivery Agreement (DA) is a document which contains the ‘Timetable’ for the production of the LDP Review (stating all key dates for the LDP stages, Strategic Assessment (SA )and Annual Performance Review (AMR)) and a ‘Community Involvement Scheme’ (CIS) which sets out how and when stakeholders and the community can contribute to preparing the LDP and its SA. The law and the Welsh LDP Regulations require the Council to prepare and consult upon an LDP Delivery Agreement before formally resolving to submit it to the Welsh Government (WG) for agreement. Once submitted, WG have 4 weeks to agree or reject the Delivery Agreement. The Council cannot commence the LDP Review without WG agreement; and once agreed by WG, the Council must publish the Delivery Agreement on its website and make it available in its principal offices and keep it under review.
