In connection with our mutual consideration of a potential Transaction involving Avast and Norton (each a “Party”, and together the “Parties”) each Party will provide the other with Confidential Information. In consideration of each Party disclosing Confidential Information to the other, each Party agrees and undertakes to the other and their respective Connected Persons as follows in relation to the Confidential Information. Each Party and their respective Connected Persons will be entitled to rely on and enforce all the terms of this letter directly against the other.
