Light Duty Fleet Maintenance Contract (the “Contract”) is entered between the Village of Buffalo Grove (hereinafter the “Village” or “Owner”), an Illinois home-rule unit of government, and Dakota K Auto Repair and Tire Center (hereinafter the “Contractor”) on this _1_ day of January 2023 (the “Effective Date”). The Village and the Contractor are hereinafter sometimes collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
