These Terms and Conditions of Service are entered by and between Transcounts | Aman Kumar with an address of 11739, 97 Ave, Surrey, BC V3V 2B9 (“Contractor”) and the Client (“Client”) identified with an address as set forth in the engagement letter (along with any proposal or schedules annexed thereto) pursuant to which the Client has agreed to service provided by the Contractor. This engagement letter with its Terms and Conditions of Service shall collectively be referred to herein as the “Agreement.”
