This Subcontract / Vendor Agreement (“this AGREEMENT”) is made and entered into by and between the Subcontractor / Vendor named above (“Vendor”) and Rio Texas Conference, on the day and year written above, and for the consideration to be paid by Rio Texas Conference and subject to the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT, Vendor agrees to furnish, supply and deliver the goods and services described in this AGREEMENT (the “Work”) in accordance with the “Contract Documents”, as defined in the agreement between Rio Texas Conference and the Owner of the project named above (“Owner”), including but not limited to plans, specifications, addenda or amendments or modifications thereto, for Rio Texas Conference’s use or incorporation in the Project.
