This Amendment No. 2 (this “Amendment”) is effective June 14, 2001 (“Amendment Effective Date”), by and between Verizon North Inc., formerly known as GTE North Incorporated and Verizon South Inc., formerly known as GTE South Incorporated (collectively “Verizon”), and Cellco Partnership, doing business as Verizon Wireless (“Verizon Wireless”). (Verizon and Verizon Wireless may hereinafter be referred to, each individually, as a "Party," and, collectively, as the "Parties").
