ProCare Therapy, a d/b/a of New Direction Solutions, LLC (“ProCare”) and 133912 BIG SPRING SD whose principal location is 45 MOUNT ROCK RD, NEWVILLE, PA 17241 (“Client”) enter into this non-exclusive Client Services Agreement (“Agreement”) for the purpose of referring and placing Consultants (“Consultants”) with Client. This Agreement shall govern the overall terms of the relationship, while a separate Client Assignment Confirmation for each placement will outline specifics as to bill rates, personnel, and assignment lengths.
