This SECOND ADDENDUM is made and entered into in duplicate this day of June, 2021, with a retroactive date of February 28, 2021, by and between PARK CITY MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, a Utah municipal corporation, (“City”), and GTS DEVELOPMENT, LLC a Utah limited liability company (“Service Provider”), to amend the Park City Municipal Corporation Service Provider/Professional Services Agreement signed and executed by both parties on April 28, 2020.
