This Economic Development Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into this _21st day of August , 2020, (the “Effective Date”) by and between the Round Rock Transportation and Economic Development Corporation, a Type B corporation (“TEDCO”) created under the authority of Chapters 501 and 505, Texas Local Government Code, (the “Code”) and Boardwalk Technology LLC, dba East/West Manufacturing Enterprises (“East/West Manufacturing”). The foregoing shall be referred to collectively as the “Parties”.
