This agreement is entered into between the County of Shasta, a political subdivision of the State of California, through its Health and Human Services Agency (“County”) and Christian Church Homes, a private nonprofit 501(c)3 public benefit corporation (“Project Owner”), (collectively, the “Parties” and individually, a “Party”) for the purpose of management and supportive services of up to 6 Supportive Housing Project units out of the 59 affordable housing units, known as Piper Way Senior Housing, (“The Project”).
