Subject to final approval by the Court, this Settlement Agreement is between Plaintiffs Steven Hammer and Michael Holdiman (“Plaintiffs”), on behalf of the Class (as defined below) and Defendant Daylight Foods, Inc. (“Defendant”). Plaintiffs and Defendant collectively are referred to in this Agreement as the “Parties.”
