This Security Services Contract (“the Contract”) is made on this _______day, 2012, by and between APPF, the Afghanistan Public Protection Force (“APPF”), a state owned enterprise of the Service Provider of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, hereinafter “APPF” or “Contractor” and _____________________________, hereinafter “the Client” or “Company Name” for the security services set forth in Annex C to this Contract. APPF and the Client are hereinafter collectively referred to in this Contract as the “Parties.”
