This Facility Use Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into , 20 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Aaron’s Acres, Inc., located at 1861 Charter Lane Suite 114, Lancaster, PA 17601 (Business”) and The Manheim Borough, with its primary place of business located at 15 East High Street, Manheim, PA 17545 (“Borough”). Business and Borough sometimes are individually referred to herein as “Party” and jointly referred to as “Parties.”
