This Genesys Cloud Services Trial Agreement (the “Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions that govern your access to and use of Genesys Cloud CX2, as described at https://www.genesys.com/pricing (“Cloud Services”), on a trial basis free of charge, and constitutes an agreement between the applicable Genesys contracting entity identified in the table located at https://library.genesys.com/m/123731202d01669c/original/Governing-contract-references-in-service-order_EN.pdf (“Genesys”), based on the country associated with your account, and you or the entity you represent (“Customer”). This Agreement takes effect when you click an “I Accept” button or check box presented with these terms or, if earlier, when you use any of the Cloud Services on a trial basis (the “Effective Date”). You represent to Genesys that you are lawfully able to enter into contracts (e.g., you are not a minor).
